However, not every role demands individuals to know the communication language i.e. English. Consider cases like China , Japan, Indonesia and may be Vietnam as well, people there are not fluent in English as other non-English speaking nations are (India in this case). However they are doing excellent. Given a chance at the entry level by checking the technical skill set rather than the vocabulary and spoken part gives a boost to one's career which otherwise is stagnant. In India itself you will find many cases where employees joined an organization and then improved on their English speaking ability! Its just a skillset which can be learned at any point of time. This shouldn't be a hindrance at the entry level.
